We have revamped the Real Estate dashboard so you get to see an overview of your Active Property as well as Active Lead data at one glance.

Easy-to-understand graphs let you see all the data you need in a single glance.
2. Active Property Data:
The Dashboard now categorizes active leads by stage, age, source, and property type:
By Stage- This graph helps you see the stages of your leads and thus manage them better.
By Age- This category separates leads according to how long they’ve been in your database without seeing a closure.
It’s best to keep your leads always refreshed, and make sure they’re less than 30 days old. This way they remember you better.
Leads who are 30-60 days old are in the action stage and should be taken care of with great care.
Leads older than 60 days are not very useful since they would have met their property needs.
To set the status of a lead, go to the leads module in the Reachall App and set the stage that they belong to. This automatically gets saved.
You know that leads from listing sites such as OLX.in and 99acres are automatically reflected on the Reachall app, but the graph on the Dashboard helps you see the breakdown of where your leads came from, as well as what kind of leads you usually deal with.
The Notifications and alerts about campaigns, meetings scheduled, and payment dues all remain the same.
